Sapphire truckmounts are provided with the following limited warranty:
- 2 years parts and labor on all components, including normal wear items.
- 500 hours on drive belts
- Frame paint excluded
Returning defective parts: If a Sapphire Scientific dealer uncovers a defect, we will repair or replace the product, at our election. Ground shipping costs will be paid by the manufacturer. Should a faster delivery method be requested, it will be the responsibility of the distributor and/or customer to cover that additional cost. Should Sapphire Scientific require that the defective part be returned, we will provide a call tag and have the item picked up and returned.
If it is determined that there is no defect in the product, or that the defect resulted from causes not within the scope of our warranty, then the product will be repaired or replaced only at your request and at your expense.
NOTICE! The Sapphire Pro-1200 Direct Drive is covered by a special 3 YEAR parts and labor warranty. This special warranty protection is extended to all Pro-1200 Direct Drive units purchased after October 31, 2012.
